What you can customize<\/h4>

The shape:<\/strong> Everything starts with the shape. We use the Black Revolt lineup \u2014 Surf models (Hammer, Hatchet, Sword) or Skim models (Dagger, Cutlass, Stiletto) as a starting point, then we adapt the dimensions, rocker, rails, tail, and concaves to your rider profile. Want a looser feel for tricks? More drive for surf style? More stability to progress? We shape accordingly. <\/p>

The construction: <\/strong>Standard or premium fiberglass, partial carbon, full carbon, Innegra, Kevlar \u2014 we choose the layup with you based on your goals and budget. Carbon brings lightness, stiffness, and responsiveness. Some riders prefer a bit more flex for feel. We adjust. <\/p>

The graphic design:<\/strong> This is where your board truly becomes one of a kind. Colors, gradients, patterns, your club logo, team, boat brand, or sponsor \u2014 our designer works with you to create a look that reflects your identity. You can bring a sketch, a creative direction, a color palette, or give us full creative freedom. <\/p>

Fin setup: F<\/strong>inless, single fin, twin, thruster \u2014 we configure the fin boxes to match your riding style. Skim or surf, aggressive or smooth, we choose together the setup that maximizes your performance and enjoyment on the wave. <\/p>

Traction pad: <\/strong>Color, front traction or wax \u2014 the pad is chosen and applied to match your stance and riding style.<\/p>

The process, step by step<\/h4>

1. We talk <\/strong>Everything starts with a conversation. You fill out our custom project form, or reach out directly by email or phone. We take the time to understand who you are as a rider: your level, your style, your boat, the sensations you’re looking for. This conversation is the foundation of your board. <\/p>

2. We design your board <\/strong> Based on your answers, we send you a detailed shape brief. We also present a graphic concept before anything gets started. You validate, adjust, request changes \u2014 nothing begins without your full sign-off. <\/p>

3. We build<\/strong> Once the brief is approved, your board enters production. Shaping, lamination, fin box installation, finishing every step is done by hand in our workshop. Estimated lead time is 6 to 8 weeks depending on our production schedule and the time of year. We keep you updated at every key stage. <\/p>

4. We deliver<\/strong> Your Black Revolt custom wakesurf board arrives ready to ride, complete with fins and traction pad. Carefully packed, fully protected. It’s numbered, and it’s the only one in the world. <\/p>
